1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using ContactDeck, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service
ContactDeck provides tools to view, create, update, delete, and label Google contacts. Some features require a valid Google Account, an internet connection, and Google API permissions granted by you.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to access, modify, or delete the contacts processed in the App.
- You are responsible for securing your device and Google Account and for actions you perform in the App.
- You must not use the App to violate laws, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with Google services.
4. Google services
The App uses Google Sign-In and the Google People API but is not provided, endorsed, or sponsored by Google. Availability of Google services and use of your Google Account are also governed by Google’s terms and policies.
5. Data changes and backups
Creating, editing, or deleting information in ContactDeck may directly change contacts in your Google Account. Review or back up important data before making significant or bulk changes.
6. Availability
We work to keep the App functioning, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent compatibility with every device or third-party service. We may fix, update, suspend, or discontinue features.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContactDeck is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the App, third-party service interruptions, or data changes initiated by a user.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms in response to feature or legal changes. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date.
